"The worst Agent/Agency office I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and go to another Agent in Tallahassee. If you ask them to call you back on VM they wait Two weeks, if you email them they get back to you Four-Five days later. I have a new insurance company because these people are very bad. On my original review I forgot to add, when I called to cancel my policy, because I got a new policy with another company, I was hung up on right after I mentioned, “Cancel.” I called back Four times and no one picked up. I had to contact the corporate customer service number."

"Buyers Beware! Bait and Switch happened to us. I have been a State Farm Customer for over 25 years and have always had a great experience, until recently. We decided to move my fiancé over to my policy and were original told it would be approximately $88 per month. When the bill arrived it was $105 and we were told that insurance is going up and they were sorry. We decided to accept this disappointing news and decided to move to an office closer to our home in South Wood. After only having the policy for less than three months they raised her policy to $135 per month using the same ole sorry excuse after already accepting a $17 discrepancy two months prior. We are currently working with our new office to remedy the situation and as of this review have yet to see any real progress in taking care of us. If we were aware that these practices would take place we would have never switch her over to my policy. We were mislead to begin with and then it appears that we were punished for switching to a branch that was more convenient for us. After we decided to move I received a call from this office wanting to know why we were moving and used pressure tactics to try and keep us there. The young man said he could not understand why we would ever want to leave them. Then a month and half later we get another unexpected raise way beyond reasonable with zero explanation other than sorry things are just going up. Keep in mind that there was no accidents, tickets or any violations that would warrant such a steep increase not once, but twice in less than three months. This is something I think all potential buyers should be aware of. I very rarely write a reviews, good or bad, but I feel this needed to be bought to peoples attention."
"Oh Brian, we are so sorry you’ve had a disappointing experience. We can no longer access your records, so you will need to have any discussion with your new agent, but we do know how difficult things are this year, in general, for all Florida drivers. These are really trying times for every insurance companies’ customers due to the tremendous inflation in the cost of everything required to fix your car after an accident or defend you when you are sued after one. Of course, we are all also struggling with this when we go to the grocery store, a restaurant, or pretty much anywhere. That is of course not personal or due to your driving experience, it’s just a matter of collecting enough money from each member to be sure the expected number of claims can be adequately handled, and of course, those increases in rate you experienced are always approved by the state before going into effect. Know that we are ready to be the first to lower your rates when the underlying costs improve, as we have for our 100+ year history of taking care of great customers like you. We wish you and your fiancée the best going forward with all of your endeavors. "

"I was actively searching for Auto Ins. for several weeks. I was not to thrilled with the responses I was receiving. My voice mail had a few messages from Mr. Wesley of a good deal for me so I called and indeed he did.
